The Research Of Creative Groups And Enterprise Business Communication Support Platform’s Mechanism

Today, the theme of upgrading of China’s economic development is industrial transformation. Industrial transformation which means upgrading from low value-added to high-value-added, upgrading from high energy consumption and high pollution to low energy consumption and pollution, upgrading from extensive steering to intensive steering, upgrading from manufacturing to R&D. Creative design is an important way of industrial transformation. Creative design can greatly enhance the added value of products and help to enhance innovation capability. However, due to lack of communication platforms and mechanisms, it results to the lack of cooperation between creative groups and enterprises, hindering the flow of design resources to the enterprise, reducing the degree of commercialization of ideas, innovation. This paper aims to create a networking platform to establish exchanges and cooperation mechanism to guide creative groups and enterprise groups’business cooperation, change the status quo of lack of cooperation, allow companies to take advantage of the social loafing design resources. Thus, creative groups can quickly commercialize their own ideas. This networking platform based on industry resources of Changning District. It can form scale, enhance the innovation capacity of the region for the enterprises in Changning District, and make an important contribution in enhancing product competitiveness and corporate brand image.This paper stands in the view of the AC mode between creative groups and enterprise, researching the existing modes of communication, exploring the problems in the corresponding mode. The research analysis of Changning District’s industrial environment is based on the research results of information network platform and the background of government policy support. This paper will study how to solve business and creative communities in the communication problems. The network platform and innovative system are combined together to explore the relationship between the elements of the innovation system in the platform. From the perspective of enhancing government services, this platform aims to create a favorable environment for innovation, develop innovative projects guide program, encourage communities to support enterprise and creative cooperation, promote exploration of creative groups and corporate business communication platform mechanism.Network platform of this research brings into the industry resource information within the region, including government support programs for the background of the project, integrating web design projects Witkey’s bidding function, creating protection mechanisms for services and intellectual property rights. The network platform will become the information publishing platform for creative groups with the business needs, a network reception line under corporate and creative group collaboration, and the network window for creative groups and enterprise. This network platform aims to serve the physical product creative design activities, the difficulty of the web-based platform for the offline communication between local users is relatively low. It will reduce the barriers of creative groups and enterprise in business communication.In this paper, creative groups and corporate network services platform is to enhance Changning District’s regional innovation capability as the goal. With Shanghai Changning District Commission of Commerce and "The Great Donghua" Fashion Research Center as strategic alliances, this platform will connect the regional scattered parts of the design resources and corporate design resources, help to form the information platform of haring, learning, communication and design collaborative.This paper’s studies shows that the application of information network platform helps a lot to integrate creative industry resources and provide design services appropriate to the enterprise resources while meeting the needs of the creative community. It is also beneficial to the establishment of protection mechanisms of intellectual property rights, enhance the awareness of IPR protection, help enterprises to enhance product competitiveness and corporate brand image. What’s more, it can contribute to create a regional innovation environment to promote design resources and the rational allocation of resources and improve the overall regional innovation capability. In general, this platform and this research have very important significance.
