Within the institutional and organizational context of the day, entrepreneurial activity has become a very active and important phenomenon in the modern economic life. However, compared with entrepreneurial success, the probability of entrepreneurial failure is higher. According to statistics, the rate of entrepreneurial failure in our country has exceeded 70%. Therefore, entrepreneurial failure gradually become a hot research problem in the field of entrepreneurship, and attaches much attention of scholars.Although entrepreneurial failure might cause huge losses, as a special kind of experience, it can provides entrepreneurs opportunities to rise their ability and introspect themselves, which can increase the probability of success in subsequent entrepreneurship. Therefore, entrepreneurial learning has become the core problem in the field of entrepreneurial failure research. We found that there are few scholars explored the influence of learning from entrepreneurial failure on subsequent entrepreneurial intention by analyzing extant literatures, while most scholars have realized that it is more significant to study entrepreneurial learning under the condition of subsequent entrepreneurship. In conclusion, on the basis of existing theories, this paper will explore what entrepreneurs can learn from entrepreneurial failure, and how these different learning content affect their entrepreneurial intention.Studying three cases on O2 O catering enterprise, this paper draws the conclusions as follows: First of all, the learning outcomes of failure is divided into two levels for individuals and business, including three aspects such as self-learning, enterprise internal learning and enterprise external learning. Secondly, different learning outcomes of failure will have different influence on subsequent entrepreneurial intention: self-learning exercises an effect on perceived desirability of subsequent entrepreneurship; enterprise internal learning and enterprise external learning exercise an effect on perceived feasibility of subsequent entrepreneurship.
