It is the sally port to achieve innovation-driven development strategy that promoting public entrepreneurship and innovation,releasing new needs,and creating new momentum.Entrepreneurship activities are booming throughout the country,but it can not be ignored that the high rate of failure of entrepreneurship,especially the initial failure rate of entrepreneurship.There are plenty of current research to explore how entrepreneurs succeed,how to avoid failure,on the contrary,the number of research concerning how to achieve "failure is the mother of success" is smaller and smaller.Therefore,the problem to be solved in the study is how to make the entrepreneur keep the willing of re-entrepreneurship,to make them return to the ranks of entrepreneurs,and to promote the "continuous entrepreneurship" after suffering the failure.The study puts forward corresponding hypothesis based on the social cognition theory,and the model constructed by the entrepreneurial failure attribution,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and re-creation intention.There are three issues in this study: First,what is the impact of failure attribution on re-entrepreneurship? Secondly,how the self-efficacy after the failure of entrepreneurs affect the entrepreneurial wishes? Thirdly,what is the shape of mediating effect of the self-efficacy between the failure attribution and re-entrepreneurial intention?The study collected 110 valid questionnaires to the people who had the entrepreneurial failure experience by means of questionnaire visits,process the effective sample data and do empirical research based on the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire by using the descriptive analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical methods with SPSS21.0and AMOS21.0 software.The conclusion is that entrepreneurial failure attribution and entrepreneurial self-efficacy all have influence on re-entrepreneurial intention,and the external attribution has a significant positive effect on the re-entrepreneurial intention after the failure of the entrepreneur,but the internal attribution has a significant negative effect to the re-entrepreneurial intention.The innovation efficiency,risk-taking efficiency,opportunity recognition efficiency,interpersonal coordination efficiency in the entrepreneurial self-efficacy have significant positive impact to the re-entrepreneurial intention,but the organizational commitment efficiency to it is not significant.This study also validates the mesomerism part effect resulted from the relationship between the two dimensions entrepreneurial self-efficacy to the entrepreneurial failure attribution and re-entrepreneurial intention.The innovations part in the research are: first,this study gives a situational answer to the question that whether entrepreneurial failure is to promotere-entrepreneurial intention or to obstruct it? Simultaneously establish the contact between two types of entrepreneurial failures logically.Secondly,it explores and enriches the theory of entrepreneurial cognition in China,and analyzes the impact of two types of entrepreneur cognition characteristic that the attribution and self-efficacy to the resumption and follow-up entrepreneurial behavior willingness after the entrepreneurial failure.Finally,it puts forward some future researching directions based on the shortcomings in the process of self-entrepreneurial failure study.
