Under the background of economic globalization, a country’s strong enterprise does not fully prove that a company’s ability to become a global competitive enterprise is the ultimate goal of a business. In recent years, international business has become a hot topic in the enterprises’ development, the main technology of the state-owned automobile enterprises are facing severe challenges in the international development process, although in the domestic state-owned enterprises has inherent advantages, and state-owned enterprises have a certain competitiveness, but in the process of internationalization, the close to the advantage of enterprises are unable to obtain long-term development, how to make international business enterprises are facing problems, therefore seek to go abroad have characteristics of international entrepreneurship of automobile enterprises, construct the international entrepreneurship mechanism of China’s large state-owned automobile enterprises model is necessary, which can help to find the international automobile enterprises abroad the salient points and entrepreneurship needs to be further improved, and promote enterprises to develop international entrepreneurship theory better.This paper selects three typical of state-owned automobile enterprises as an example, in-depth study the relationship between enterprises in international entrepreneurship in the process of enterprise’s international entrepreneurship involves the elements and elements, to construct our country state-owned automobile enterprises international entrepreneurship theory model. The research methods adopted in this paper are rooted in the theory of research methods and case study methods, with a case study based on theory, supplemented by the method of research. First before the study to determine the scope of the study in this paper is enterprise’s international entrepreneurship, according to a lot of literature review found for international entrepreneurship research are mostly born international enterprises, new ventures and international entrepreneurship of small and medium-sized enterprises, few needle of state-owned enterprises are of theoretical research and automobile enterprise international entrepreneurship research on the comparison of, compared with the common automobile enterprise, state-owned enterprise’s international entrepreneurship results but its size is not directly proportional to, so the theme of this study determine regional entrepreneurial mechanism research of state-owned automobile enterprises of China. Before the start of the study, in order to ensure the normative research conducted a detailed design, and the design steps are described in detail. Next, using the grounded theory method, coding the collected case data by three ways: open coding, axial coding and selective coding, through the open coding, axial coding getting eight main organizational factors: institutional environment, entrepreneurial network, entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial capacity, opportunity identification and utilization, entrepreneurial performance. And based on this, according to the characteristics of the core factor, and find out it, then develop a "story line". According to the relevant case data, regrouping the data to analyze the relationship between the main category, so as to draw the concept model of the international entrepreneurship mechanism of large state-owned automobile enterprises in China. Based on the above analysis, we find that a large state-owned automobile enterprises in international business has the following characteristics: for the behaviors of resource acquisition, integration and utilization are carried out on the basis of entrepreneurial network; Tissue factor is the main reason leading to the differences of enterprises; In the process of international entrepreneurship, the enterprise has less investment in the recognition and utilization of opportunities; core technology capability is the key to achieve good performance of enterprise‘ international entrepreneurship; And on the basis of the above features, we present large state-owned automobile enterprises in the process of international business, it should be reasonable to use the resource’ advantage of enterprise, overcome adverse factors of organizational factors, actively explore to build enterprise’s core technology, strengthen the cultivation of international talents, in order to obtain good performance in international entrepreneurship.
