The large population, weak ecological environment, serious waste of resources, urban and rural development is not harmonious decided our country in promoting urbanization is facing many problems, we should have a fresh understanding to the situation of our country, according to local conditions, follow the law of development of urbanization, out of a people-oriented, four in one, optimize the layout, ecological idea, cultural heritage of the road of ecological civilization.
