Analysis On Forms, Characteristics And Development Trend Of Investment Cooperation Between Jilin Province And Germany

Germany is an important strategic partner of Jilin Province and highly industrialized country of the world powers, in the study of economic cooperation between Jilin province and Germany is practical significance. The author has worked 28 years,expierencing manager of I/E Co, Diplomat and official of the Department of Economic and Technological Cooperation of Jilin Province, who has engaged in investment promotion between Jilin Province and American and European Regional cooperation since 2006.This article focuses on recent relevant German investment cooperation in China and in Jilin province. A total of four chapters as a whole. The first chapter is the introduction. Chapter 2 is composed by the forms of industrial cooperation of Sino-Germany as well as Jilin Province-Germany, in which the first part introduces the forms and situation of industrial investment cooperation between China Jilin Province and Germany, and the Second part following the factors of affecting the choices for foreign investment, introduces the standards of selecting partners of German enterprises, by ways of measuring and analyzing data such as economic theory combined with hard and soft environment and so on. To determine the investment strategy and provide theoretical and technical support for Jilin Province in attracting German investment. In Chapter 3, the characteristics and orientation of the industrial cooperation between China Jilin Province and Germany in introduced, of which the first view of point is 5 industrial advantages of Germany, and industrial features and advantages of Jilin Province is followed. The orientation of industrial cooperation is focused on the analysis of automobile, petrochemical, medicine & health, machinery manufacturing, electrical and electronic, renewable energy. Chapter 4 expounds main existing problems and prospects of cooperation between Jilin province and Germany. Through the above four chapters in this article, the analysis of German economy cooperation with Jilin Province the about Jilin Province, more comprehensive understanding for Jilin Province attracting investment from all walks of life targeted German companies.
