The “Beautiful Countryside” Construction Model And Benefit Evaluation Of Xiangxiang

Agriculture has always been an important part of national economy in China, meanwhile, Rural places throughout China’s vast areas. Healthy agricultural and rural sustainable development having a very important significance for Rural issues, Urban and rural development and "beautiful China" construction. This paper was written in the background of the "beautiful countryside" construction, the integrated rural comprehensive land management, the rural environment comprehensive management and the precision poverty in China. This paper takes Xiangxiang as the typical area, where was the more typical agricultural county in the middle of hunan. In order to provide reference for "beautiful countryside" construction in Xiangxiang, study on the model and characteristics of "beautiful countryside" construction in Xiangxiang, and then, evaluate comprehensive on the benefit of it, based on the different construction phase and different terrain area. Using social economic statistics, survey datas, etc, using method such as AHP, Comprehensive Index Method. The main conclusions were as follows:(1) The model and characteristics of "beautiful countryside" construction of Xiangxiang.This paper was formed two "beautiful countryside" construction mode, the plain and the hilly, according to the geomorphology and the "beautiful countryside" construction situation in Xiangxiang.
