The Research About The Influence Labor Migration On Jiang Su Province’s Regional Economic

Now, with the deepening reform and opening up, China has promulgated a series of reform programs on the household registration system, and gradually relaxed restrictions on inter-regional labor migration, give full play to the role of labor resources in the configuration process, and thus a large labor force migration phenomenon more and more frequently. As China’s Jiangsu Province, one of the highest levels of economic development of the provinces, inter-regional labor migration and the economic development of relations, especially representative. Taking Jiangsu Province as the example, this paper will study the impact of labor migration on regional economic development.Firstly, according to the Statistical Yearbook of Jiang Su province over the years, and taking Jiangsu Province’s labor migration situation as a starting point to explain the main features of Jiangsu Province Then do a more in-depth theoretical analysis about the impact between labor force migration and ecnonmic growth in moved in and moved out place. This paper selects the relevant factors affecting regional economic development based on a theoretical model of economic development as the control variable, Jiangsu provinces and international labor migration data as independent variables, the per capita GDP between the regional representatives on behalf of Jiangsu Province Economic Development Indicators Factors empirical analysis. Finally, based on theoretical analysis and empirical analysis above, targeted put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions of this study are threefold:First, Jiangsu Province, labor migration status. Jiangsu Province, the current direction of migration of labor, mainly from the economic development of poor North, regions to more developed areas in southern Jiangsu, and mainly young workers in the secondary and tertiary industries based. At the same time, the overall labor migration have been expanding.Secondly, Jiangsu Province nearly 15 years of economic data found that labor immigration in stimulating the regional economy, but also to move out of the region ’s economic development has brought some degree of positive effect, this is because, China’s underdeveloped areas, there is a lot of surplus labor, so the labor of diminishing marginal. Therefore, labor migration between regions can stimulate the economy stable development of positive significance.Thirdly, the migration of regional economic development through empirical analysis of labor found in accordance with the different types of labor on the role of economic development is different. Wherein, in the secondary education level and above can significantly promote labor immigration regional economic growth, thereby increasing the development of inter-regional differences; and between junior high school and below the low level of education of the labor force and economic growth in the region is not obvious, indicating not an important factor in promoting economic growth.This paper argues that the Jiangsu provincial government should follow the current "new normal economy," the law of development, get rid of barriers to labor mobility, encourage inter-regional labor mobility, urbanization, play urban agglomeration effect. At the same time, should actively guide returned to the labor force in southern Jiangsu Jiangsu, Jiangsu Region, supplemented by labor policies and rational industrial organization, effective protection of labor should enjoy benefits, and should increase investment in human capital, increasing labor who employability and innovation.
