The research uses Geo DA and ESDA to make spatial analysis and spatial autocorrelation research on land utilization type from 2009 to 2014 in 57 towns of Jiange county to explore all types’ land utilization spatial features under agriculture population in Jiange county, including overall autocorrelation and partial autocorrelation to analyze spatial differences of rural land utilization in Jiange county.Thirdly, the empirical analysis on rural land utilization types’ influence on rural income The research is on the basis of panel data model to conduct modeling analysis about rural land utilization type and rural land from 2009 to 2014 in 57 towns of Jiange County, which has made multi-analysis on 8 land types in first classification, and major rural land related land types in second classification, forest land in ownership classification, and 4 model of cultivated land in gradient classification to research on the influencing mechanism between rural land utilization type and rural income. This part is the research core of this essay.Finally, the effect of rural income on the development of agriculture and rural population When the analysis on influencing mechanism of rural land utilization type on rural income finished, it’s really important to analyze rural income increase’s effect on rural economy development.
