| The health of rural land use system is a necessary condition for realizing the harmonious and sustainable development of rural people and land and realizing rural revitalization.This paper takes Hubei Province as the research area,constructs the rural land use system health index system based on the “pressure-state-response” model from the perspective of land use human-land relationship;uses the entropy weight method to evaluate the time and space of rural land use system health in Hubei Province.Differences and spatial pattern evolution;spatial heterogeneity analysis of rural land sanitation utilization based on spatial autocorrelation method.The grey relational analysis method was used to calculate the gray-scale correlation time series data of 2008-2017,and the gray-scale correlation cross-section data of 2010 and 2017.Identify the main factors affecting the health of the system,in order to fully understand the changes in the overall situation of rural land health in Hubei Province from 2008 to 2017,the spatial pattern of land health utilization in Hubei Province in 2010 and 2017;summarize the status of agricultural land use in Hubei Province and find out On the basis of the problem,some suggestions are given on how to improve the health level of the rural land use system,which provides a basis for the decision of rural land managers.Main conclusions are as follows:(1)Clarify the health connotation of the rural land use system.The health connotation of the rural land use system can be summarized as follows: First,the health of each subsystem,that is,the improvement of rural infrastructure,the rational use of land,the intensive use of land,and the comprehensive benefits generated by the system can meet the needs of human beings.Secondly,the favorable cycle and healthy development of the three sub-systems of rural land use pressure,state and reaction form a good feedback-feedback-mechanism of action.(2)This paper follows the basic principles of selected indicators,comprehensively considers various index systems,combines the background of the times and the status of the research area,aims at the overall health level of agricultural land utilization,and constructs Hubei Province from 22 indicators: pressure,status and response.Rural land health utilization evaluation index system.The results of this paper show that: from 2008 to 2017,the health level of rural land use system in Hubei Province has been continuously improved,and the health level has changed from a general unhealthy state to a critical state.Insufficient ecological environmental protection,poor government supervision is the main low level of rural land use system in Hubei Province.Reasons;In 2010,the healthy development of agricultural land use between cities was uneven,and the overall level improved in 2017,but the gap still exists;the urban-rural economic income gap is the main factor leading to the imbalance of development.According to the status quo evaluation,the problems of rural land health utilization in Hubei Province were summarized,including: regional development imbalance;lack of scientific and rational development concept;low rural production efficiency;serious waste of land resources;imperfect land transfer mechanism;increased food security pressure,etc.problem.In order to improve the level of rural land health utilization in the study area,the goal of rational and efficient use of rural land is achieved.Several countermeasures are proposed for the current problems: scientific planning,rational allocation;increasing land consolidation efforts,improving infrastructure;saving intensive use of land,optimizing the structure of agricultural land;promoting the utilization of land transfer mechanism to promote land utilization.The combination of policy and market has finally improved the level of rural land health utilization in Hubei Province. |
