Along with the rapid development of China’s economy, and the gradual improvement of the people’s living standards, the demand in vehicle is increasing with time. To the end of 2014, China’s civilian vehicle, the total number reached 145,980,000, second only to the United States in the world. However the ensuing energy crisis and environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent. As it is expected by national Ministry of Science and Technology that China’s dependence on imported oil will reach 70% to 2030 year. At the same time, as an analysis of the latest PM2.5 source from Beijing and Shanghai showing that the pollution caused by motor vehicles becomes one of the major factors, the proportion has risen to 29%.Therefore, the central government formulated a series of policies to encourage new energy automotive industry benign, sustainable development and the major automobile manufacturers invested a large amount of research and development power on the new energy automotive, to gradually replace the traditional gasoline, diesel vehicles, especially in the field of bus sector of commercial vehicle, it has made some achievements. If to deeply analysis the achieved results, it is not difficult to find hybrid coach is still in its beginning stage.This paper tries to use the method of life cycle cost analysis of hybrid non public transit bus background, status and problems of analysis and summary, combined with the actual operation of S company, to explore the marketing strategy of enterprise through the research of the value chain, and to provide reference and support for industry transformation and the promotion of new energy coach..
