Since the international financial crisis in 2008, A company has been suffering from declining sales and sluggish growth and such situation has been becoming the thread to its survival and further development. This paper is aiming to research how in the changing environment to enhance A company’s market share and increase it’s sales margin so that we can promote it’s comprehensive competitive strength.The research methods and contents of this paper is to start from analyzing A company’s current marketing strategy and it’s problems, to use the theory of marketing such as PEST and porter five competitive model to analyze A company’s macro environment and competitive environment, and then to use the SWOT analysis method to seek the way of the organic combination of A company’s internal resources and it’s external environment, trying to found A company’s marketing strategy optimization direction and countermeasures, to solve the current sales bottleneck of A company.Through the above research and study, this paper gave the suggestions of marketing strategy optimization and create the new marketing strategy for A company to help A company gradually expand the market, promote it’s comprehensive competitive strength, in the meantime to provide valuable references to the other similar clothing enterprises.
