Nowadays,our country's banking industry is always in the competition of alternation,evolution and elimination.The willingness of employees to share knowledge is a new topic that all the banks need to facc.Age,as an insignificant factor,plays a far-reaching role in the psychological motivation in the process of knowledge sharing.Therefore,starting from the age of employees,this paper studies the specific role of this factor in the motivation of employees' knowledge sharing in commercial banks,so that commercial banks can fully raise their attention to the age echelon of employees.Focus on the importance to and improve the motivation and effect of employees to share their own skills through reasonable and useful related means.This will enhance the service capability of the entire banking industry and meet the needs of market competition.Based on the theoretical support of relevant international and domestic documents and the author's own workplace environment,this paper conducts a questionnaire on j bank employees and investigates the age factors,psychological age factors,employment years and knowledge sharing motivation of 200 J bank employees.The study found that there were significant differences in knowledge sharing motivation among j bank employees of different ages / psychological ages / length of service / post ages.J bank employees' knowledge supply motivation and knowledge acquisition motivation are positively correlated to some extent with age,psychological age,length of service and post age,but there will be negative correlation after a certain interval.Based on the above survey and the characteristics of the industry,the following suggestions are put forward on how commercial banks can promote knowledge sharing among employees:(1)comprehensive age echelon management;(2)supporting external incentive policies;(3)committed human resource management;(4)constructing knowledge inheritance enterprise culture;(5)humanistic care;(6)knowledge continuity process optimization;(7)building a knowledge information platform;(8)establish a targeted training mechanism;(9)implement the rotation learning system...
