Since our society has been trying to enter the new intellectual economy period, to build the learning society has become a mutual task for us and it needs the whole societies to participate. As an important source of social and economic forces, the enterprises should attach more importance to develop their own knowledge employees. The document "National medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020)" which was produced in 2010, put forward that one of the five targets should be "To build a complete system of lifelong education". In the meantime, the document also emphasized that we should develop the lifelong education in the area of continuing education. As one important part of continuing education, enterprise training has an assignable effect in building up the talent pool for the society and to improve their ability of competition. When the companies try to develop their employees, the training should base on the requirement of the employees, and focus on people oriented. The individualism of the employees is also the pre-conditions of the enterprise’s management. As the main part of corporate training, the learning characteristics of the employees decide their learning behavior and also the training effect. Therefore, the corporate training should focus on the learning characteristics of the adult employees in order to improve the workers and also realize the development of the company. In the end, try to achieve the goal of mutual profitable.This thesis is the research of the corporate training development based on the adults learning characteristics. There are four chapters of this thesis:The chapter one is the introduction part. In this part, based on the research of the background, I made a summary of the research literatures domestically and abroad. I introduced the purpose and the significance of my research, explain the method of the research, and also put forward the creative part of this thesis. The chapter two introduced some theories of adults learning and the corporate training by explain and analyze the adults learning characteristics. In this part, I emphasize the importance of adults learning characteristics during the process of the enterprise training. The chapter three is about the questionnaire survey and analyses. The design of the questionnaire survey is based on the adults learning characteristics theory. In this part, I introduced the content and the data of my survey, analyze the corporate training reality and also list the problems of the corporate training and development, try to realize the aim of the combination of theory and actual proof. In the chapter four, I give some suggestions about the enterprise training and development base on the theory of adults learning characteristics. In this part, I learn the experience from the excellent cases, and try to investigate a new strategy of corporate training and development depend on the adults learning characteristics theory.
