The 21th century is an era of high development of knowledge economy and information technology.It is also a people-oriented time.With the change of the business environment in China,the economic competition is becoming more and more fierce,technical development is swift and violent,China's private enterprises have created unprecedented pressure and opportunities.More and more operators realize that enterprises need to survive and develop.Human resource management of the talents with knowledge and technology is the fountain of enterprises to keep the core marketing competition.The staff training is a main approach to provide employees the new information,new knowledge and relevant skills.Employees of enterprises are adults,who have a general characteristic of adult learning,therefore the Knowles's adult learning theory provides a practical learning mode for enterprises to organize an effective staff training.The application of adult learning theory in employee training has made certain progress at home and abroad.On the basis of this,this paper studies the specific types of private enterprises in China,collects and analyzes the personnel training status of private enterprises in China to research and analyse to find out the problems and causes.And for the present problem,based on the theory of adult learning,this paper explores the model and system of staff training suitable for the characteristics of private enterprises in China,in order to bring some enlightenment to the training of private enterprises in our country,also provides some theoretical basis for the future research.This paper uses the literature synthesis research method.Through the Internet,a large number of literature,periodicals,magazines,books and other online resources related to employee training in private enterprises are collected to carry out effective identification,induction and arrangement and then form your own view and put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem;In addition,a questionnaire survey method is adopted.A questionnaire survey on the current situation of staff training in private enterprises is conducted.using the Internet questionnaire star platform,issue,recycle,statistical analyse the questionnaires,get the data needed to reflect the status quo,and summarize the problems and solutions of employee training in private enterprises.Based on the adult learning theory,this research studies the training mode of the employees of private enterprises in our country,which is divided into five chapters:In the first chapter,it introduces the purpose and significance of this research,and introduces the research methods and ideas used in this paper,this chapter also puts forward the innovation of the research.The second chapter mainly introduces development of the adult learning theory at home and abroad and analysis of for outstanding characteristics of adult learning as well as the basic position of these characteristics in the process of staff train.The third chapter designs questionnaire for the current situation of employee training in private enterprises,and the collected questionnaire data are collated,to identify outstanding problems;The fourth chapter carries on the thorough analysis based on present situation and existing problems of private enterprise employee training to combine theory with practice;the fifth chapter explores a suitable staff training system design for China's private enterprises based on these characteristics of adult learning.
