| Today,the external business environment presents a “new normal” of change,uncertainty,complexity and ambiguity.Enterprises must quickly adjust their strategies and restructure their businesses in order to remain competitive.The traditional learning system for constructing "learning maps" of different positions and developing professional courses according to this is difficult to adapt to the needs of the rapid changes of the current era because of the difficulty in development,high requirements,long time,and high cost.In addition,with the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the“main force” in the workplace after 80 s and 90 s,employees are more dependent on the mobile Internet,and they are also more inclined to “small time” and “dry goods”.Therefore,micro-training,such a short,focused,flexible and convenient content design and delivery method,combined with the enterprise mobile learning platform,can effectively respond to workplace environmental challenges and meet the new needs of enterprises and employees.Based on the analysis of the theoretical research on enterprise Mobile-training and Micro-training in recent years,this paper sorts out and defines the system modules that should be included in the Micro-training concept and micro-training system.Then,through the questionnaire survey method,the current F-enterprise mobile M-learning training status and training needs were investigated to determine the problems to be introduced in the micro-training system.Then,combined with the current F-enterprise training system and mobile learning platform advantages,from the micro-training course content system,organization and operation system and the technical support system to carry out systematic analysis and research.At the same time,it points out the safeguard measures for the implementation of F-enterprise micro-training,trying to explore a micro-training path suitable for F-enterprise mobile learning,and provide decision support and advice forF-enterprise training. |
