The Evaluation Research Of Projects With Introduction, Development And Management In Fuzhou New Area

Fuzhou New Area is the 14 th national new area in China.As the potential future developing area in Fuzhou,Fuzhou New Area is given a role as the important cooperation and connection area both sides across the Taiwan Straits,the important door to expand to the outside world,the important modern industrial base in China's southeast coastal areas and the demonstration area of revolution,innovation and ecological civilization.As the significant growth pole of economic zone on the western coastal of the Taiwan Straits,Fuzhou New Area locates between Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta and has congenital advantage on cooperation with them.This issue researches on projects with introduction,development and management in Fuzhou New Area,by the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Some problems have been found in research.For example,the introduction of projects are not perfect enough,financial and taxes policies are being less,and financing policy needs to be better.According to practical situation of Fuzhou New Area,the solutions could be reasonable effective construction,reasonable financial and taxes policies and better financing system,etc.By analyzing the situation of projects in Fuzhou New Area and other national new areas with references properly,it has vital practical value for developing new growth pole and areas union.
