Ultra high-rise buildings are the height of over 30 stories tall or more than 100m buildings, which require a high degree of continuity and quality of construction. Due to technical difficulties and complex organization management and many other features in the construction, build super high-rise building construction has higher risk than the average of the construction. In this paper, risk management factors of super high-rise building in-depth study as a starting point. To further explore the super high-rise construction risk management capabilities and methods in order to establish a workable set of super senior risk management system, specific research work includes the following aspects.This paper studies the concept and researches the course of ultra high-rise building projects, analyzed ultra high-rise building projects for the development process and characteristics, also analyzes the characteristics of ultra high-rise construction projects, to summarize the different points with general construction projects.Secondly, on this basis, combining the common steps and methods of risk identification, the paper establishes and selects a suitable for high-rise buildings risk identification steps and methods, that using the Delphi technique predicting on super high-rise construction projects carried out a detailed analysis of the whole process, detailed analysis of the risk factors of such projects, formed a list of risk factors in super high-rise construction projects.Then, using the comparative risk assessment method, the paper analyzes the degree of ultra high-rise construction project risk factors by AHP method, and obtains the key control points on super high-rise construction risk factors.Finally, Shijiazhuang-Taile center project as a case, using the method of risk identification and risk assessment of risk factors, build the risk management and control system for the project, which was verified in the high-rise construction project management has great effectiveness and practicability.Through the research of risk identification, risk assessment, risk control system in super high-rise building projects in this paper, contribute to super high-rise construction enterprise project management from a " post-management" to " process management " changes, to promote the development and enhance the risk management methods of super high-rise construction project risk management has reference significance and practical value.
