With the environmental issues caused by greenhouse gas becoming severely, more and more enterprises pursuit the maximization of profit while carbon abatement issue is referred to the strategic level in enterprise development. In the face of the complex and volatile market environment, competition among enterprises has gradually transformed into the competition between supply chains. The environment benefits and economic objectives should be considered together among members in supply chain, the economic goals of supply chain can be achieved in this way. Besides, carbon emissions overall supply chain can be reduced. Therefore, carbon-optimal of entire supply chain can be achieved. It is premise for the stable development of supply chain to design coordination mechanism to allocate the profit of overall supply chain with cooperative game.In this paper,the supply chain considered includes one supplier, one manufacturer and multiple retailers. In order to improve the overall profit of supply chain and achieve carbon optimal for supply chain, carbon abatement rate and product price of supply chain are used as two factors to discuss which cooperative game strategies the enterprise should choose.The main contents are as follows:(1) Model Construction. Base on the theoretical research of carbon-optimal, carbon abatement rate is used to quantify the concept of carbon-optimal. In considering of carbon abatement rate and product price, four cooperative game models are build, and they include: Independent decision making strategy, Cooperative game strategy based on carbon abatement rate, Cooperative game strategy based on the product price of supply chain, Two phases cooperative game strategy based on carbon abatement rate and product price. And logical reasoning method is used to solve the four cooperative game strategy models.(2) Coordination mechanisms. By analyze the results of the four cooperative game strategy models, the most profitable strategy can achieve the optimal carbon abatement rate. In order to ensure that the profit the members of supply chain attain in cooperative game strategy no less than their profit under independent decision making, coordination mechanisms (revenue sharing mechanism, Shapley value mechanism, asymmetric Nash equilibrium negotiation mechanism) are used to allocate overall profit in supply chain.(3) Potential application research. A three level supply chain which includes Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd is used to verify the results of the four strategy models. And with the coordination mechanism, the overall profit of supply chain is allocated. Revenue sharing mechanism has been designed to allocate coefficient ranges. Using the Shapley value mechanism to obtain specific distribution plan, and through asymmetric Nash equilibrium consultation mechanism, income distribution coefficient obtained base satisfaction.Combining the environmental benefit and economic targets,supply chain enterprises can be encouraged to participate into the cooperative game.
