With the rapid development of Internet technology, information linking patterns between people changed from the initial public become passive receivers of information is now the main creators realize this process is in IT development and people’s thinking double promotion paradigm shift is complete, marks the arrival of Web 2.0era. People-oriented Web 2.0 Internet model,allowing people without time and geographical constraints share their views,the public according to their interests together to form a virtual social circle,and free to contribute their wisdom,idle time and other resources. This more open platform, but also created a number of more active Internet users,enhancing the public’s sense of participation. Meanwhile, the digital, networked business environment allows companies to change the organizational framework, philosophy and business model. Under rising consumer enthusiasm and enterprise urgent need for new business models to create the core group of crowdsourcing business model generation.Crowdsourcing business model is an enterprise in an open tender will be required to solve the problem spread to the unknown solutions provider groups,the use of resources beyond the boundaries of the enterprise,to co-ordinate the various elements within the outside,the formation of a highly efficient operation mechanism of communication. As a new business model,the study focused on crowdsourcing basic theory,the lack of a reasonable evaluation system to provide guidance for enterprises to use crowdsourcing business model. Based on the above background,based on the value of the network,business models and crowdsourcing full understanding,from the concept of net worth,analyze crowdsourcing business model value model,the establishment of evaluation system. By building value structure research crowdsourcing business model,value chain analysis crowdsourcing process of transition to a value network,the establishment of a three-dimensional network structure of the value of crowdsourcing. And in this study,based on crowdsourcing business model to build value model,an intuitive level and show the specific elements of crowdsourcing business model contains. In the e nd,the package builds superior business assessment index system model,and actual case studies using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The innovation lies in the value network analysis from the perspective o f crowdsourcing business model,the essence of any business model is value creation and realization of the process,crowdsourcing business model to establish a public,businesses and other stakeholders together form closely,the node closely,reasonable value of the network operation. Another innovation of this paper is to construct the model on the basis of the value of establishing a crowdsourcing business model evaluation system,which is conducive to business and industry for their thorough analysis of the other competitors,so as to improve and optimize the crowdsourcing business model and targeted to developing and implementing business strategies to provide evidence.
