Study On The Structure Optimization And Adjustment And Development Strategy Of Forestry Industry In Shaanxi Province

Forestry industry is a complex industry group which involves the national economy one or two and three industries, which is basic, diversity, ecological and strategic. To develop forestry industry is an effective way to promote the sustainable development of forestry ecological construction, to ensure the supply of forest products, and to construct ecological civilization, but also an effective way to increase the income of farmers and solve the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers. The forest resources of Shaanxi province are rich and varied, and have good location conditions for the development of forestry industry. In recent years, with the development of forestry industry development policy system, the Shaanxi province forestry industry has achieved initial success, but the proportion of the forest industry in the industry is not coordinated, the industrial relationship imbalance. 2014 Shaanxi province forestry one or two, three industrial output value structure ratio of 79:12:9, to the first industry, the two or three industry development lags behind, is a typical primary industry structure characteristics. The industrial structure is not harmonious, which is one of the main factors that restrict the development of forestry industry in Shaanxi. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the effect and problems of forestry industry development in Shaanxi Province, and study the structure characteristics of forestry industry, and forecast the total output value of forestry industry and the two or three industry output value.Based on the analysis of the effect of the development of forestry industry and the existing problems, the analysis of the relationship between the first and two or three industries and the total output value of forestry industry by using the method of Grey relational analysis:(1) the total output value of forestry industry is: 0.8522, 0.9789, 0.7685, the first industry and the total output value of the relevance of the strongest, the second industry, the third industry is the weakest;(2) according to the results of the correlation analysis, the industrial structure adjustment scheme is put forward;(3) using single linear regression to forecast the output value of each industry in 2016-2020, the fitting degree is high, and it is reliable, and the relative error is high;(4) put forward the development strategies and suggestions of forestry industry in Shaanxi province(1), make up the advantages and make up for the lack of development; 2) consolidate the first industry, break through the second industry, drive the third industry; 3) improve the policy and social service system.
