Empirical Analysis Of The Impact Of Chinese Agro-intellectual Property Rights On The Agro-technological Innovation Performance

This paper combines the development and some problems of China’s Agricultural intellectual property and agro-technological innovation, use the sample date from 1987 to 2013, to establish the co-integration and error to empirical model to analysis the impact of Chinese agricultural intellectual property on agro-technological innovation. The empirical results shows that the intellectual property rights of Chinese agriculture has a significant positive role in promoting agro-technological innovation: the long-term elasticity of agro-technological innovation on Agricultural intellectual property is about 0.663, the short-term elasticity is 0, and there is a time lag of up to 5 years. The conclusion basically matches with the centuries of research of the property rights system’s role played on agro-technological innovation. It proves that the establishment of Chines e agricultural intellectual property has practically stimulated the agro-technological innovation.Chapter One is an introduction, mainly explains the purpose and significance of this paper, defines the relevant concepts, thoroughly reviews and introduces the various theories it will be covered, analyze and evaluate the previous study and points out the deficiencies, do theoretical preparation for the subsequent studies, provide adequate theoretical support. Explain the ideas and the framework of this paper, briefly introduces the research methods, as well as possible innovations in this paper.Chapter Two analyze the Development Status and Problems of Chinese agriculture intellectual property rights and Chinese agro-technological innovation from a realistic angle.Chapter Three identified the content system of agriculture intellectual property rights and agro-technological innovation performance, including the research of the subject and the object and the establishment of the evaluation index system.Chapter Four uses Eviews6.0 to empirical analysis the impacts of the agricultural intellectual property rights on agro-technological innovation performance and draw conclusions.Chapter Five comprehensively draw conclusions according to this paper and make relevant suggestions.Chapter Six synthesizes the views and conclusions of this paper and put forward the shortcomings of this study.
