The Role Of Agricultural Intellectual Property Protection In Agricultural Science And Technology Innovation

China is a country with a long history of agriculture.The production and development of agriculture have an important impact on China's economic and social development.Agricultural intellectual property,as one of the intellectual property rights,is a combination of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and science and technology that directly affect the development of agricultural production.It is closely related to agricultural production before,during,and after birth,and is an innovation in China's agricultural science and technology and the promotion of China's agriculture.The important driving force of international competitiveness has a positive effect on the development of China's agricultural modernization.This article selects Hunan Province as the object of research on the role of agricultural intellectual property protection in agricultural science and technology innovation,and analyzes the main role of agricultural intellectual property protection on agricultural science and technology innovation through property rights theory and transaction cost theory.After reading the relevant literature and viewing relevant data,it was found that Hunan's agricultural science and technology innovation capability and agricultural intellectual property protection level were in the middle reaches of the country.The current situation of agricultural intellectual property protection in Hunan Province was analyzed,and Hunan Province was promoted to promote agriculture at the current stage.Some achievements and existing main problems in the protection of agricultural intellectual property in technological innovation,namely,unbalanced regional development,insufficient enforcement of property rights protection law enforcement,frequent infringements,and insufficient capacity of agricultural enterprises in agricultural intellectual property and technological innovation.Then analyze the reasons for the above problems,such as the relevant policies are not in place,the awareness of protection is not strong,the management mechanism is unreasonable,the lack of talent.Combining the successful experiences of agricultural science and technology innovation promotion in the two regions of the United States and Israel that havehigh levels of agricultural production development and agricultural intellectual property protection,they proposed measures and recommendations to strengthen the protection of agricultural intellectual property in China and promote agricultural technological innovation.
