The Analysis And Integration Of Chestnut Chain Situation In Luotian

China has a rich chestnut resources and long history of cultivation. Chestnut is rich in both natural nutritional value, and it can also bring a very high industrial value. The chestnut industry becomes to an important rich pillar industry for the people in the Luotian County. It has great significance for rural economic structure, increasing agricultural profit and increasing peasants’ income. Research on chestnut chain and its integration in the Luotian County, it can help promoting economic growth, per capita income for the people and improving the competitiveness of the agricultural county. However, in this study we found that Luotian chestnut industry still exist many other issues such as planting is so dense, the inadequate capability of processing and lack of brand promotion. Through extensive literature review and field research, analysis on the present situation of each chestnut chain in Luotian, through vertical integration and longitudinal integration to integrate research, developing some new train of thought actively, and take the road of agricultural modernization duty to promote a better and faster economic development for Luotian, it has important implications for the susta inable development of chestnut industry and enhance their market competitiveness. The study of Luotian chestnut industry chain integration can also be extended to other counties with chestnut sales and provide a reference for the development of the chestnu t industry.
