Research On The Current Situation,Existing Problems,and Countermeasures Of The Chestnut Industry Development In Luotian County

China is rich in chestnut resources and has a long history of cultivation.Chestnuts not only have high nutritional value,but also have high economic value.In recent years,the chestnut industry in Luotian County has been driven by government policies and market demand,and the industry has developed rapidly,improving the rural economic structure of Luotian County,increasing agricultural income,and increasing farmers’ income.However,in our research,we found that the industry has problems such as mixed varieties,outdated processing technology,blocked sales channels,and insufficient resource development and utilization.This article studies the current situation of chestnut resource development and utilization in Luotian County through extensive literature review and field research.It summarizes relevant technologies such as chestnut storage and preservation,product development,and comprehensive utilization of by-products at home and abroad.It analyzes the effectiveness of chestnut industry development in Luotian County,analyzes the problems in industry development,and proposes countermeasures that are conducive to the subsequent development of chestnut industry in Luotian County.The specific measures are as follows:Adjust the variety structure,improve the level of chestnut planting technology,and strengthen quality control;Using advanced storage and preservation techniques to improve the shelf life of chestnuts;Strengthen the application of modern agricultural product processing technology and management,and improve the efficiency of chestnut processing;Increase investment and promotion of comprehensive utilization technology for chestnut by-products,improve the level of resource development and utilization,and increase the added value of chestnut products;Improve sales channels and market-oriented system,pay attention to brand management and promotion.These strategies and suggestions aim to accelerate the sustainable development of the chestnut industry in Luotian County,promote the implementation and transformation of technological achievements that remain in the laboratory,improve the development and utilization level of chestnut resources,increase farmers’ income,and promote the overall improvement of the local economy.By summarizing and analyzing the current situation of chestnut development and utilization at home and abroad,it provides decision-making reference and practical basis for the development of chestnut products in Luotian.I hope that the above analysis and measures can further solve the problems in the development of the chestnut industry in Luotian County,improve the planting technology,industrial processing,resource development and utilization level,and market promotion of the industry,and further promote the prosperity and development of the local economy.
