Research On The Measurement Of The Coordinated Development Of New Urbanization In Hebei Province

Urbanization is the only way for modern development.The new type of urbanization is the result of the development of urbanization to a mature stage.It emphasizes that all urban development is human-centered.In recent years,Hebei Province has paid more attention to the development of urbanization.In 2015,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development Program,Heibei was identified as a new type of demonstration area for urbanization and urban-rural integration.Until 2016,the urbanization rate of Hebei Province has reached 53.32%.However,behind the rapid development of urbanization,there are many drawbacks in urban construction,such as the "siphon effect" of Beijing and Tianjin,overcapacity of traditional production,imperfect basic public services,and so on.These drawbacks have blocked common development.At present,in the field of coordinated development of urbanization,there is less research on multi-angle and multi-dimensional comprehensive analysis of internal and external coordination.Therefore,measuring the degree of coordinated development of urbanization in Hebei cities has certain practical significance and research significance.Starting from the current social hotspots and policy orientation,this article,based on summarizing the research status before.First,analyzes the scientific connotation of new urbanization.Second,establish a new urbanization evaluation system that includes population,economy,land,society,ecological urbanization,and urban-rural development.Third,using the entropy model twice to evaluate the weights and development levels,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of cities.Fourth,through the system coupling model,the degree of internal coordination between various aspects of urbanization is estimated,and the internal coordinated development of each city is sorted out according to the time sequence.Then,based on Beijing,Tianjin,and Shijiazhuang,a grey correlation model was used to calculate the degree of external collaborative development between cities in Hebei and thereference cities,to analyze the driving and radiation effects among cities.Finally,proposing countermeasures and suggestions in order to solve the problem that how to promote the development of high-quality urbanization in Hebei Province in a healthy and rapid manner,and to provide reference for coordinated development of urbanization in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and other urban agglomerations.
