Agricultural extension service system as a link of agricultural science and technology achievements and agricultural productivity link, has an important role in promoting change for agricultural scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces, helping to improve the living standards of farmers, rural gap and promote the comprehensive development of society. Now the agricultural extension service system of Tai’an City exists certain issues that hinder the development of Tai’an City Agriculture.Specifically, government-led public agricultural extension service system mainly lack of feedback mechanisms, science and technology promotion staffing unreasonable and the quality is not high, limited funds, institutional division of excessive and too small, dual control, the problem of dependence on government; Agricultural research institutions and universities based on agricultural extension service system mainly exists lacking of agricultural research funding and innovation talent, esearch institutes and grassroots peasants cooperation not close the question.
