Real estate as one of the pillar industries of the national economy, it involves dozens of upstream and downstream industries,and it has great impact on the socio-economic, So it has been paying close attention to including the national leaders and the social from all walks of life. At present, real estate has been into the depth of the adjustment period,what forces the industry operating mode changes from extensive to intensive,profit model changes from the " Real Estate Times" to " Property Times ",the competitiveness of enterprises will be increasingly low of single project size businesses,but the advantages of Large-scale multi-project company will become more and more prominent.It iss the only develop way of many real estate companies that they must improve their level of corporate governance, take the group, scale and brand road has been imperatived.Therefore, strengthening enterprise management control, combing human resource management has been core topics facing many real estate business.The Zhengzhou XXX Real Estate Group builded in2006,develop from sole program to six programs.The author according to the Zhengzhou XXX Real Estate Group as a case, according the strong support of the State to the Central Plains Economic Zone as backdrop, according the group human resources management as the foundation, according the experiences of benchmarking enterprise as reference, from the actual situation of the enterprise, and the the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise, put forward appropriate policy of the Group’s organizational structure, division of responsibilities with the parent company and subsidiary companies, project developers incentives and constraints explore the suitable enterprise human resources management mode, methods and strategies for the group, those would provide human resources and support to ensure the company’s vision and mission.From1998to now, Real Estate have developed only fifteen years,Real estate human resources management is a complicated system engineering, it is not only affected by the external environment of enterprises, but also affected by the enterprise strategy development stage, the internal resources etc. This paper conducted in-depth research and analysis on the status of enterprise and human resource management situation, at the same time, learn the human resources management experiences and lessons of benchmarking enterprises, in order to build a real, effective targeted strategic development for enterprise human resources management.
