Along with the global economy incorporation development, the economic structure is changing gradually, the services industry has claimed an ever-growing share of the nation’s income, and as the transition of growth way of the national economy, the State Council unveilled a plan about promoting the logistics industry, etc, it can’t wait to promote the development of service industry at a rapid rate. Logistics Service Supply Chain is one of the Service Supply Chain, which is an important tendency of the logistics industry today. Logistics services integrator is the core enterprise in the logistics service supply chain, through integrating functional logistics service providers, realizing the optimal allocation of logistics infrastructures and resources, to achieve the goal that can provide customers with the personalized, integrated and high quality logistics services ultimately. But in the actual operation of logistics service supply chain process, how to realize the LSSC operation under high quality, low cost, high efficiency and low risk has become one of the problems that to be solved.This thesis studies the problem of logistics service quality control, respectively considering the supply disruption, risk aversion, logistics services pricing, etc, this thesis mainly contains the following aspects:(1) On the basis of the study of logistics service supply chain quality control, considering the problem of supply disruption, building a logistics service quality control model considering supply disruptions, getting the outcome of Nash Equilibrium and Stackelberg Game respectively under supply disruption, meanwhile, Matlab R2013a software is used to conduct the numerical analysis.(2) Considering risk aversion, raising the question that logistics service integrator with risk aversion is how to influence the decision of logistics service quality control under supply disruption, and building a logistics services quality control model considering risk aversion under supply disruption, solving with Stackelberg Game, meanwhile, Matlab R2013a software is used to conducted the numerical analysis, and getting the variation trends of the optimal decision variables and objective functions finally.(3) Considering logistics service pricing, the logistics service price of the second functional logistics service provider under supply disruption is variable, building a quality control model considering logistics services pricing under supply disruption, solving with Stackelberg Game, Matlab R2013a software is used to conduct the numerical analysis, and getting the variation trends of logistics service price finally.This thesis proposes the decision-making methods of two-echelon logistics service supply chain quality control, considering the problems of supply disruption, risk aversion, logistics services pricing, etc, enriching the research of logistics service supply chain quality control, providing practical solutions for the logistics enterprises.
