Impact Analysis Of Enterprise Technology Innovation Openness To Innovation Performance

In the technological innovation process, enterprises through being open to the outside organization, integrate and utilize the internal and external innovation resources to reduce the uncertainty of the market and technology, therefore to improve the technology innovation ability and the core competitive power of the enterprise. However the implementation of the open innovation is based on several main bodies, it may cause the changes from the enterprise culture construction to the organizational structure, so there is a need to further improve the search costs of the internal and external innovation resources,and the over open may have a negative impact on the innovation performance. How to control the opening degree becomes the key point of this research.At present, the academic circle has paid much attention to this new method and many experts make an intensive study on the open innovation. The previous studies are mainly used the empirical methods to study the relationship between the open degree of technological innovation and the enterprise performance; It usually studies effects of every specific external factors on the ultimate innovation performance. These studies are either limited in the open innovation study or concentrated in the open or closed level, while ignore the combination of the open innovation and closed innovation, thus the analysis and study on the situation between the open and closed innovation is also the research on the open degree.In view of all the insufficiencies above, this paper uses the NK model to study the influence of the enterprise’s technology innovation open degree on the innovation performance from the search cost and knowledge structure perspective. The significance of adopting this model is that it draws out the conclusion by using computer to multiple simulates. In the simulation process, it gives full consideration to all kinds of variable factors in the technological innovation.and seeks the effects of the open innovation on the innovation performance essentiallyThe main work and innovation achievements of this paper are as follows:To build up the NK model, which is based on the effects of the open innovation on the innovation performance by reading a large amount of documents. Meanwhile study professional computer knowledge and write the NK model computer simulation program. At last, it is through the previous research results to justify the correction and validity of this program.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)In the process of technological innovation, when the opening degree is low, the technological innovation can achieve better innovation performance when the relationship between the functional unit structures is relatively loose.(2) In the process of technology innovation, when the opening degree is moderate, the technological innovation can achieve better innovation performance when the relationship between the functional unit structures is relatively moderate.(3)In the process of technology innovation, when the opening degree is high, the technological innovation can achieve better innovation performance when the relationship between the functional unit structures is relatively close.
