During the "Twelfth Five-year Plan" period, China determines to take expanding consumption as the long-term strategy, which shows the position of commercial circulation industry in the economic development of our country. To accelerate the development of modern commercial circulation industry is an effective way to implement the "Eight-eight Strategy" in Zhejiang province and it is very important for the steady growth, promoting reform, adjusting structure and expanding employment. In the background of the continuous improvement of the market internationalization’s degree and e-commerce and other new business mode continue to emerge, the connotation of the modernization of commercial circulation in Zhejiang province has made a new breakthrough both in the breadth and depth. Therefore, based on the new background, it has important significance to define the connotation of the modernization of commercial circulation in Zhejiang province, to measure its level and to analyze the influence of the modernization of commercial circulation on the development of society and economy. The specific research contents are as follows:First of all, the paper defines connotation of modernization of commercial circulation in Zhejiang Province in the new period:A dynamic process based on the internationalization and society modernization, taking new business modes of circulation and modern information and technology revolution as the support, improve commercial circulation internal factors and external environment, promote the development of commercial circulation economic development. And then construct a set of comparatively comprehensive evaluation index from to measure the modernization of commercial circulation in Zhejiang province, which includes four aspects (the human and infrastructure modernization, information technology modernization, the circulation mode and the structure modernization and the internationalization level) altogether eleven indexes. Then adopt the comprehensive evaluation model to measure the level of development of the modernization of commercial circulation in Zhejiang province.The measurement result of the modernization of commercial circulation in Zhejiang province shows:on the whole, the development trend of the modernization of commercial circulation in Zhejiang province is good; the development level of modernization of information technology grown up with exponential rate; the circulation mode and structure of Zhejiang province is high and the international level is rising with fluctuation. In addition, in the human and infrastructure modernization system, the indicator score of the practitioners in the commercial circulation industry who accepted education of higher learning is significantly lower than other indicators, which indicates the quality of the practitioners in the commercial circulation industry needs to be improved.Then, analyze the influence of the modernization of commercial circulation in Zhejiang Province on the social and economic development. Perform the canonical correlation analysis based on the four subsystems’ measurement results and the correlation indicators of social and economic development. The result shows that the modernization of commercial circulation in Zhejiang Province has a strong correlation with the social and economic development. According to the result of canonical correlation analysis, analyze the influence of the modernization of commercial circulation in Zhejiang Province on the social and economic development by the Structural Equation Modeling, based which, the path influence coefficients are obtained.According to the result of T test of the structural equation model:the measurement variables in the measurement model have significant influence on the latent variables; the four potential variables of the modernization of commercial circulation in the structural model have significant influence on the economic development and social progress. According to the path influence coefficients of the structural model, the modernization of information technology and the circulation mode and the structure modernization have more influence on the economic development and social progress.Finally, based on the above positive analysis results, concerning the development status of modern commercial circulation industry, the paper puts forward the corresponding correspondent countermeasures and suggestions.
