With the constant change of consumption pattern, the new market opportunities continue to emerge, the electronic commerce is accompanied with the Internet technology has made a rapid development of industry, the opportunities of development achievements of Taobao, 360 Buys and other large online shopping mall, the rapidly development of e-commerce at the back of the traditional mode, the entity shop began to bear the brunt of the impact. The clothing retail industry, entity clothing store began to become Taobao’s "fitting room". Therefore also started actively coping measures the entity shop in electronic commerce occupation of the market under the premise of. At the same time, the traditional e-business establishment in the channels of the advantage has gradually become smaller, the traditional B2 C, C2 C e-commerce model, product price advantage has been very difficult to form a competitive advantage, in such an environment, a physical commodity and convenient online shopping process and line to enjoy the business model of O2 O mode into people’s field of vision. The advantage of the O2 O mode is the largest online(online) and the line(offline) and give full play to the advantages, online access to information superiority mainly manifests in the consumer channel diversity, means of payment is convenient, shopping time scattered, line the main advantage lies in its actual location and can give consumers provide tangible based on the actual product, can increase the perception of consumers in the purchase process, the O2 O model of the two kinds of resources together, to the maximum extent of mining market share.As an important part, logistic cannot be ignored in the O2 O business model, and logistics is mainly responsible for the implementation of commodity between businesses and consumers in circulation, but also guarantee the quality of service, through convenient and enhance the quality of services of the entire link to attract more consumers, consumers are gradually changing the traditional shopping habits. This paper will focus on the study of the logistics planning and design under O2 O mode.Firstly, conducting the research to the business model, business model of O2 O and e-commerce logistics concepts, analyzes the definition and analysis of domestic and foreign scholars on these concepts; and then compare the O2 O model with B2 C and C2 C model of business model, the analysis of the three main functions of different modes of the logistics, and then clear the logistics function in O2 O model; then analysis used in the planning and design of logistics in the logistics technology, and these technologies in the O2 O business mode play what role; and then to O2 O enterprise as the main body, according to the different logistics mode(self built logistics, supplier self logistics), from three angles of logistics network, logistics and supply the construction of logistics chain integration, integration of the last mile problem analysis how to construct the enterprise electronic commerce logistics system in the O2 O business mode.Finally, taking the SF EXPRESS O2 O store Heike Store as an example, according to the background, current situation and existing problems of its inception, using the meth od of the construction of the logistics system, a complete set of design of logistics system, to help enterprises in the meet the basic needs of consumers and better development of O2 O business model.
