With the new technology revolution, in the increasingly fierce international competition situation, the competition between countries is mainly reflected in the comprehensive national strength of science and technology, based on the economy of the competition. High-tech industry with high technology as the foundation of knowledge and technology intensive and innovative technology industry, plays an important role in economic and social development.Therefore, the high-tech industry has become the leading industry in the era of knowledge economy, the development of high technology and its industry, is the strategic high ground of the world economy, the competition of science and technology. As the carrier, take science and technology of the advanced productive forces and a pioneer-- talent, is the key to enhance the core competitiveness.High and new technology industry belongs to the high-tech industry,technology intensive and knowledge intensive, talent intensive. It is highly sensitive to the knowledge, and there is a strong talent resource dependence, need strong talent mechanism,system support,so the high skilled personnel is an important guarantee for the development of hi tech industry. To accelerate the development of high-tech industries, to enhance industrial technical level and international competitiveness, the key lies in the talent. In the background of industry of new and high technology, to investigate the synergistic effect between the industrial development and talent is very necessary, not only to the upgrading of the industrial structure in China and give some suggestions to adjust, and can provide some reference for personnel recruitment and training.Research methods combining theory and empirical research were used in this paper, and reference to the relevant existing theories, Jiangsu Province, on the basis of a number of scholars on related research, a large number of relevant data collected in recent years, begins with an overview of the high-tech industries discussed talent development and current situation; then, by correlation analysis, the high-tech industries in Jiangsu Province is divided into five major industries, revealing the high-tech synergy between various industries and personnel, and coordination with the situation sorted and qualitative analysis were Description summarized elaborate features and coordinated development between the status quo and the two high-tech industry talent; the next major quantitative regression analysis based on the establishment of relevant model to study the impact between the two complement each other to promote the development from the perspective of industry and talent factors, respectively,from the industrial scale, technological innovation, industrial R&D investment, the number of personnel, personnel quality and other quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis of the industrial policy, market environment, personnel institutional point of view; and finally, by studying the results of the previous sections, the proposed appropriate advice and recommendations to expect to be able to drive high-tech industry in the development of talent while also promoting further optimize the structure of perfect coordination between the two in order to achieve sustainable development.
