The Present Situation Analysis And Further Improvement Measures Of Vegetable Quality And Safety Of Dongguan City

In recent years, with the poisonous milk powder, clenbuterol, poison bean sprouts and other food safety incidents happened frequently. Food safety, especially the edible agricultural products, has become a hot topic of the whole society together. Strengthen the supervision of the quality and safety of agricultural products, and ensure the safety of every bite of food are the most eagerly tasks for the society.In this paper, it is focused on the vegetable quality and safety of Dongguan city, Guangdong province, based on the existing research results at home and abroad, and the analysis the situation of vegetable quality and safety supervision monitoring and inspection of Dongguan city, the suggestions and measures to further improve the quality and safety of vegetables were put forward. The main results are as follow.1. Dongguan vegetable quality and safety status is shown as follow. First, the seasonal fluctuation phenomenon of vegetable pesticide residues qualified rate has not been effectively controlled, the second is the case of multiple pesticide residues on vegetables is more outstanding,the third is vegetable products and the origin of heavy metal pollution problems need caused attention by the relevant departments, the fourth is the agricultural inputs management needs to be strengthened,the fifth is planting decentralized business model needed to be a fundamental change,the sixth is the grass-roots power of agricultural product quality safety supervision still weak.2. Put forward the Suggestions and measures to further improve the vegetables quality and safety on the basis of summarizing the status:(1) Further improve the ideology of quality and safety of agricultural products, continuously strengthen the vegetable farmers produce quality safety, laws and regulations propaganda and education, as well as develop actively modern agriculture science knowledge training, etc.(2) Enhance the intensity of agricultural produce quality safety monitoring. Strengthening law enforcement monitoring, routine monitoring, risk assessment and special monitoring combination actions, improve the agricultural product quality safety monitoring system construction, promote agricultural product quality safety information management level;(3) Promote scale and standardization of vegetable production and management. Encourage and support the development of vegetable production family farm where conditions permit, supporting the establishment of vegetable production professional cooperatives or set up professional production enterprises, actively developing modern agricultural facilities, promote the standardization production, and so on..
