But there is also a land transfer, financing, management, employees and other problems and difficulties.In view of this, this paper to the current situation and the factors restricting of the family farm in Lin’an city vegetables as the research object, through the domestic and foreign literature collection, collation and research, practical experience of the domestic and foreign development of family farms were analysis and summary, the Enlightenment of Lin’an development vegetable family farms for induction. Data were collected through went to Lin’an city Bureau of statistics, farming, agriculture bureau and branch trade and industry and other departments, visits to research and questionnaire Lin’an city seven town of 50 vegetable family farm. Analysis of current situation of vegetable family farm of Lin’an city and factors restricting its development, The path choice of the development of family farm vegetables in Lin’an city. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) The current situation of Lin’an city vegetable family farm: planting size of an average of about 50 acres, management of crops to eggplant, leafy vegetables and mushrooms, The farmer junior middle school culture level is in the majority, enjoy a variety of financial subsidies, business model to order production the scale of 20 ~ 30 acres of land per mu of the highest efficiency,and financing channels for Rural Credit Cooperatives Based.(2) Analysis of the factors restricting and reason the development of family farm vegetables in Lin’an city : land transfer difficulties,policy subsidies are not perfect,shortage of production funds, the overall quality of farmers is relatively low, social service system is not perfect, Industry chain extension is not obvious.,3-The research methods of literature research, statistical analysis, comparative analysis and so on.,The suggestions to the development of family farm vegetables in Lin’an city: regulate land transfer, increase support strength,cultivate new type of high quality farmers,improve the social service system, enhance market competitiveness.
