The Development Countermeasures Research On The Grain Family Farm In Lin’an City

In our country, the most realistic choice to speed up the process of agricultural modernization is a foster family farm.The effective way to solve “who grain tomorrow" is to develop the grain family.In 2013, the "No.1 Document" reinforces the "family farm" concept,has aroused concerns about the family farm.But our family farm development started late,In this context, research status of grain on the family farm, in order to better take advantage of the the grain family farm,promote moderate scale food production.This paper takes the grain family farm in Lin’an city as the research object,through literature research,summary of the development of domestic and foreign grain family farm experience,than summarized its implications for the development of the grain family farms in Lin’an city.Through field investigation,questionnaire survey and discussion on the fifty grains family farms of the seven towns of Lin’an City,from the scale of land, labor, management mode, crops and agricultural mechanization level, government support policies, operational efficiency to the comprehensive analysis of the status of the grain family farm of Lin’an city.Through the survey data and panel data, further analysis of the difficulties and problems in grain family farm in Lin’an City:Smaller land management, investment funds shortage, the lower the overall quality of farm operators, government subsidies need to be improved, low degree of organization, low agricultural insurance ratio,and then demonstrates the necessity and urgency of the development of grain family farm.Combined with the method of literature research, descriptive statistics, comparative analysis,proposed advance development suggestions of the grain family farm in Lin’an city :standardizing the land transfer mechanism, improve agriculture subsidies cultivate,improve the agricultural social service system, exemplary foster the grain family farm.Through this study, designed to provide some theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the cultivation and development of the grain family farm in Lin’an city.
