Since 2013,the state policies began to tend to support the development of these family farms.Generating internal cause and forming path of the family farm is the key to make policies about supporting the development of family farms,and it also is the key to the development of research.The family farm as the scale of the main business,they have a necessary requirement about land,the management of family farms depend on a certain size of land.Ownership of the land belong to peasant collectives,farmers only own the right about the use of land,to achieve the scale management of land,the transfer of land must be carried out,that is getting the land of distributed to many farmers together and conducting unified management.It is a special relationship between business entities and agricultural land,the land transfer constitutes the internal cause of the formation of family farm and the family farm is formed on the basis of land transfer.The land transfer policy develop and improve step by step through not allowing to allowing the transfer of land,the stability of land contract relations,regulating the transfer of land,to establish and perfect the market of land circulation.With the continuous development and improvement of land transfer policy,the family farm is gradually formed and develop,it is seen that the family farm and land transfer is synchronized.There are two types of family farms in the process of family farms formed.One is government-led agricultural land transfer mode,the other is the farmer's spontaneous farmland transfer mode,two routes of the Family farms have advantages and disadvantages.This paper analysis comparative the two models of the family farm in the perspective of land transfer,at the same time looking for the development advantages and disadvantages of the two models of family farms.Through the practice and exploration of the development of family farms in foreign countries and other regions of China,and learn from the experience of the development of family farms in order to guide the development of family farms in China.The enlightenment is that,first of all,the land reform,so that the land contract right is permanent and real property,gradually building the land asset replacement and trading market.Then we will be able to redeem the contract management right of non-farm employment of farmers completely divorced from the land to build a family farm.
