Compensation management is an important part of enterprise human resource management, and scientific compensation system will become the main means to attract and retain talent. The competition of modern enterprises, in the final analysis, is the competition of enterprise talent, how to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the enterprise staff, to build the core competitiveness of enterprises, realize the enterprise profit, is a major issue facing the modern enterprise. As an effective way to motivate employees, the role of the pay system is particularly important.Zhuzhou Tianqiao Crane Co., Ltd. is a collection of bridge, gantry crane design, production, sales and maintenance in the heavy industry enterprises, through the company pay level survey, it is found that the company exists many problems in terms of remuneration, these problems led directly to the staff lack of incentives, employee loyalty is low, the staff turnover rate higher. Through systematic analysis of the current compensation system, combined with the relevant theories and methods, the design of the company’s compensation system optimization program, and supporting the program of the protection measures. In order to help companies to solve the problem of the compensation system.In this paper, the research object of Zhuzhou bridge crane Limited by Share Ltd, the system and the optimization model of the compensation system. Firstly, the paper reviews the domestic and foreign research literature and cases, and analyzes the composition, theoretical basis, common mode of compensation and influence factors, and then analyzes the problems of the company’s compensation system, and analyzes the reasons of the problems. In the last part of the paper, the conclusions of this research are summarized, and the shortcomings and future research directions are briefly described.This research involved the whole process of the compensation system optimization. Through the research on the optimization of the compensation system of Zhuzhou bridge crane, we can provide guidance for the company’s compensation system.
