Under the competitive environment of informatization and globalization,enterprises want to be invincible.They must integrate various resources to maximize the benefit of the whole supply.Supplier is located at the top of the supply chain,playing an indelible role.Therefore,how to manage the suppliers of the company is the cornerstone of the development of the enterprise.At present,D company have such problems as shortage of delivery,delivery delay and so on,which lead to the low level of the whole supplier management.So how to analyze the problems in D company,and establish a set of suitable suppliers selection and evaluation system,and then how to apply it in practice efficiently and flexibly,is an important part of the supplier management.According to the current problems of D company,this paper based on literature research,expert scoring and qualitative and quantitative methods to further study the existing supplier management status of D company.From the supplier evaluation and selection analysis,the optimization plan to deal with these problems was finally proposedFirst of all,this paper summarizes some problems existing in D company,and finds out the reason.To classify the supplier according to the material characteristics,and give the corresponding management strategy.The evaluation of strategic supplier and selection optimization process are analyzed in detail.According to the literature research and expert scoring,some evaluation indexes were selected,and the principal component analysis was used to eliminate the higher correlation index,and then explains the connotation of each index.Combining with supplier evaluation principles,a set of evaluation index system suitable for D company was redesigned.It includes a total of 12 indexes and 31 secondary indexes.And qualitative indicators are converted to quantitative indicators by using the theory of set-value statistics.Then,the methods of vendor selection are classified,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages and applicable situations.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the weight of each index,and the dimensionless treatment is carried out.Finally,a case study is conducted to evaluate and select the four most potential suppliers of a material of D company.And supplier selection scheme is also given.
