Research Of Intellectual Property Service Professionals Issue

With the development of China’s economy and trade, industrial transformation and international competition facing enterprises after China’s joining into WTO, intellectual property is getting more and more attention in the economic globalization, furthermore, intellectual property system has become the the strategic resource for national and regional development as well as the core element in international competitiveness in stimulating innovation and promoting economic development and social progress. As an emerging high-tech industry which is formed under the development of intellectual property career, IPR services is an important part of modern service industry. IPR service professionals are the main force of IPR services, and the classification, definition as well as research of IPR service professionals can effectively promote the construction of all types of qualified personnel at all levels. However, in the present, China’s IPR service industry personnel can not meet the requirements of national economic and social development, especially the development of IPR services. The overall quality of IPR service personnel is not high, the overall size of the team is still relatively weak. Especially with the increasing competition in the intellectual property rights, it has become a very urgent task in personnel development in the future to speed up the training of IPR services personnel and fostering high-level IPR services personnel. This paper analyzes the scope, personnel classification and the basic situation of personnel of IPR services. Based on the characteristics and causes of the growth of personnel, this paper analyzes the direction and meaning of personnel training in the future, and makes a targeted forecasting and planning for future development direction of IPR services.
