In the violent competition of the market economy, the strategies of the development and the management of human resources has become the centre strategies of the company. The current research from the expects and scholars and the practices from some successful companies in the domestic and foreign countries has made us learn: If we do not consider the development and the management of human resources important, We will be defeated in the competition of the market economy. The one reason why the managerial level of Gui Cai Investment Company Limited is not high enough and the decline of their economical incomes is connected with the question mentioned above. The personnel of the company can not meet the need of the competition because of lacking of training. Thus, the training of the personnel is necessary and important.First, the writer introduce some major theories and principles of training. He stress the training should adaptable to the specialties of adults. Second, on how to train, the writer maintain that we should keep to "Four Fundamental Principles" .especially, the training should be adaptable to the strategies of developing of the company and the theories of training must be connected with the practice. As for the forms of training, they should be adaptable to the goal of training, they should have relationship with the business, they should be adaptable to the levels of trainees. The methods of training should be selected according to the goal of training, the contents of training and the trainees, The contents of training should be adaptable to levels of trainees. For new personnel, it should be focused on the rules and systems, the business learning and the culture of the company etc. For the full-time personnel, it should to focused on the business knowledge and techniques about their job. For the manager, it should be focused on how to improve their managerial techniques and personnel techniques and how to encourage the development of personalities. In the last, We should pay attention to these questions, such as the danger of the training and how to against it, the question of the law about the training, the trend of training. The methods of the research about this article are as follow: the investigation of the question paper, the analyses of cases, the analyses of charts, the analyses of comparasion.The Gui Cai Investment Company Limited should set up its managerial systems of modern based on the development and the management of human resources, do the training of personnel well, and establish its culture, so that it can "win a land" in the violent competition of market economy.
