This thesis treats a State-owned petrochemical company as the research object. The writer tries to explore the problems of the training system of the company by means of collection of information and questionnaire investigation. Then the author combines the relevant theories of employee training with the company's condition to redesign the training system for this company. The purpose of this thesis is to draft and determine a new systematic personnel training plan which will enhance the abilities of the employee and make the company gain the key competitive advantage by bettering employee's knowledge, skills and creativity into work through training. The thesis is divided into the following five parts:In Chapter one the thesis introduce the fundamental outline of the company, including company overview, company organization, human resources status, and the present personnel training status.In Chapter two the thesis describe the methods and process of diagnosing on M company's training system, and put forward five problems existing in the company's training system after analyzing investigation results.Chapter three is the soul of the thesis. The thesis propose the constructive scheme for the training system redesigning of M company with the help of the relevant theories of personnel training, including the analyzing of training demands, the guiding ideology of training, basic principle of the redesigning, concrete training aims, training schemes of different employees and the evaluation system of training effect.In Chapter four the thesis suggests the guarantee measures for employee training scheme from three aspects including organization, system and resources.In Chapter five the thesis brought forward several enlightenments in practice.
