At times after entering the 21st century, project management and integration with the rhythm of the times were very relevant to the. Corporate strategyinto project, perfectly embodies the project is temporary results of the work of this character. Project schedule management always plays animportant role in project management. Reasonable and effective project management effective project process control and management, timely adjustment and optimization and even on other factors apart from the timingof the project factors such as cost, quality, risk, and optimize control canreduce project duration, saving cost and reduce project risk. Real workingpeople tend to ignore the project process, in particular the effective management of project progress, resulting in the course of the project appears in:delays, reduced quality of resource conflict, and other issuesaffecting the successful completion of the project.This study is based on a company’s imaging systems for object, focuses on the construction of the current progress of the imaging system of a company, as well as through project management tools, methods or techniques appliedto the current progress of the imaging system of building and improvingcontinual improvement using PDCA thinking according to step improved for theprogress of the imaging system. A company three problems in the imaging system of schedule management, which is missing from the project schedule is too coarse, the project control and in the implementation of the project schedule has been improved. For project progress plans had rough of problem, through activities defined, and activities sort, and activities resources estimates, and activities resources lasted estimates and developed progress plans table steps for improved, to developed out practical of project progress plans; for project for in the missing control of problem, through deviation analysis, and resources balance, and progress compression, progress control of tool and technology corrected current of situation and made reasonable arrangements; for project progress plans implementation in the no continued improved of problem, By PDCA ideas for improvements in aproject schedule can be improved. Through this research can in theory acompany image system of schedule management is effectively, as well asimaging systems in progress in reducing error and error occurs after improvement is based on continuous improvement ideas to effectively avoidthe recurrence of similar incidents. Also hopes to progress in imaging system management findings applied to other imaging systems links or anyother items or the companies.
