Material Purchasing Optimization In Chemical EPC Project H Of Company A In The Theory Of Supply Chain Coordination

Generally speaking, the chemical industry project is built in large investment under strict quality and safety requirements and also in tight construction period, the relationship of project participants is complex and difficult to make cooperation and coordination. Hence, applying advanced supply chain coordination management concept to procurement work of the chemical construction project, it is an important significance to standardize and guide the purchasing job, to integrate inside and outside of project source, and finally to improve project operation efficiency and guarantee project quality and timely completion.In this article, firstly, in the basis of researching and analyzing the theory of purchasing management, supply chain management and supply chain coordination, it made author’s engaged in material purchasing management in a large construction project of a chemical company as the research object, and analyzed a series of typical problems found in project material purchasing work process. Then constructively proposed how to adjust and improve the project material requirement plan, how to build the project material purchasing supply chain coordination management mechanism. And it also encouraged project to build an advanced integrated supply chain coordination management information system that it integrated the advanced SAP enterprise resource management software with SRM (a supply chain relationship management software) so as to realize the enterprise internal and external resources integration and sharing. It will provide a good supply chain coordination management information platform for project material purchasing work. Finally, it made a summary and expectation of the exploration and research of supply chain coordination management theory applying to project material procurement work.
