Site Optimization In Pressure Vessel Workshop Based On IE Methods

The site management level of the company directly affects the enterprise’s strength.It is impossible to have a good market competitiveness for a company which has a poor management.If the managers want to improve the management level,the site management must be taken into account with the market analysis together.Recent years,most of enterprises have realized the “concept site management”,but the real situation is not optimistic.The messy site is the most serious problem for a manufacturing enterprise currently.As a traditional boiler manufacturing enterprise G Boiler Company also has the same problem.Faced with the great challenge which comes from many other boiler companies,how to stand out in the competition is the most urgent problem for G Boiler company to solve.On my side,improve the working environment,conditions and the staff work enthusiasm is undoubtedly the best choice.This article is based on IE,strive to get the program analysis,line balancing,process optimization,and eliminate logistics back thoughts into pressure vessel site management improvement process.This paper put forward the concrete ideas to solve the problem of the appeal,architecture is as follows: first of all,this paper introduces the boiler industry management background,research purpose and meaning.And then describes the commonly used methods of IE to G boiler company site management to improve the design of the production workshop.Finally the application of IE method used on optimization of production layout and process flow,and the purpose of reducing the rate of ring joint deviation and enhancing the efficiency of heat treatment furnace have been achieved.
