As a kind of management activities, Entrepreneurship can be seen everywhere, it comes to a process of hypothesis, try, experiment and retry. During this process, all kinds of resources, especially the funds, technology and talents, are need to be allocated and integrated. All the resources above are the premise of the success of venture. Recent years, series of policies and measures about encouraging venturing have been put into practice by our government, however, concerned activities and performances are more than expected, which means the failure rate of venture is more than 70% and new establishments will not survive for one year take up one tenths. In view of this, most of extant researches have explained the situations above in the perspective of persons with abilities, policies, resources and social network relationships. In spite of this, there are fewer findings with the perspective of entrepreneurial psychological capital, therefore, the concerned aspect, such as entrepreneurial affect, is need to be further discussed and studied.Based on the background above, this study will analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial affect and entrepreneurial action identification and open the "black box" in the path which entrepreneurial emotion effects entrepreneurial behavior tendency, i.e. taking entrepreneurship cognitive abilities into consideration so that we can explore the specific path between entrepreneurial affect and entrepreneurial behavioral identification. First of all, this study, which is on the basis of concerned results and theories on affect, cognition and behavioral identification, defines relationship among the three concepts and establishes a theoretical model, and it also comes up with theoretical hypotheses. Plus, according to the foreign maturity scales, we summarize the dimensions of entrepreneurial affect, as well as cognitive abilities and entrepreneurial behavioral identification, and after that questionnaire had been designed to have a preliminary investigation, some certain items also have been fixed and canceled in order to guarantee validity and reliability. Thirdly, this study aimed at handing out 250 questionnaires to potential entrepreneurs, and we made an analysis of reliability, validity, variables deduction, correlated and hierarchical regression based on the sample data of 176 valid questionnaires. Finally, following the results of data analysis, this thesis explored the relationship between entrepreneurial affect and behavioral intention, the relationship between entrepreneurial affect and entrepreneurship cognitive abilities, and the mediator effect of entrepreneurship cognitive abilities, it also made a conclusion and discussion for further development on entrepreneurship cognition and behaviors.Findings are as follows:(1)for potential entrepreneurs, positive entrepreneurial affect plays a significant role in improving entrepreneurship cognitive abilities and entrepreneurial behavior tendency;(2)the path that positive entrepreneurial mood effects entrepreneurial behavior tendency is fully mediated by entrepreneurship cognitive abilities;(3)from the perspective of negative affect, it does not impact entrepreneurship cognitive abilities and entrepreneurial behavior tendency apparently, and mediator effect of entrepreneurship cognitive abilities proved to be false. On the basis of the findings above, we made some conclusions:positive entrepreneurial mood serve as an important venture resource; during the period of start-up, we need to recognize the kinds of positive affect and make the most of them to promote our cognitive abilities; and it is sensible that the reasonable system and abilities of entrepreneurship cognition be developed to trigger more activities in entrepreneurial field.The significant of this paper is the fact that two kinds of affect, positive and negative affect, have broken out limitation of individuals. And we explored how the degrees of different affects influence entrepreneurial intention. After that, it has revealed the mechanism between entrepreneurial affect and entrepreneurial intention. Last but not the least, this paper believes that the future research could be focus on classifying positive/negative venture affect and dimensions of entrepreneurship cognitive abilities, and searching dynamic changes on entrepreneurial mood, entrepreneurial cognition and entrepreneurial behaviors.
