Lean production originated from Japan's Toyota Corporation.After continuous development and improvement,it is widely used in the manufacturing industry.It solves the problems of time,cost,quality and efficiency,and greatly enhances the economic benefits of the company.This thesis takes T company's production management practice status as the research object,based on the related theories of lean production,makes an in-depth analysis of T company's production management status,finds out the problems in T company's lean production system,and optimizes each production system.Achieving the goal of improving the efficiency of work processes,on-site management,and cost reduction in each process.Firstly,this paper elaborates on the concepts of lean production,value flow diagram and continuous flow diagram,and briefly introduces Arena simulation,otherwise summarizes the research status of lean production at home and abroad.Second,analyze the current management and each production system of company T.Based on the analysis of the above situation,identify the problems in each production system and analyze the specific causes of the problems.Then,combine the ideas of lean production,formulate the lean optimization of company T.Through the application of research results such as value stream maps,continuous flow maps,and quality management,using Arena's simulation software to simulate various production systems,the company's optimized production results were obtained.To re-arranged the production system of T company,so that T company use the way of lean production;Finally,the T company's production methods,related costs and management methods to optimize the effect of evaluation and analysis,summarize and present the effect of corporate improvement.Through the optimization of the production system and the layout of the workshop site,the company's production efficiency and management level have been greatly improved.The efficiency of powder multiple-row machine production line has increased by nearly 17%,and the production time of soft capsules has been reduced by nearly 20 hours.The production cycle of the production line has been reduced to 120 hours,and the company's profits have increased about twice.The optimization results greatly promoted the lean production process of Company T,improved the management level of the company and the concept of change management,and played a guiding role in the transformation of other companies' lean production.
