The Study Of Application Of Lean Production Cell Implementation In M Enterprise’s External Supplier

In recent years China enterprise production cost increased, labor force shortage due to industry developing strategic from East to West China and urbanization, RMB is getting more and more stronger and economic globalization development, in such a large environment supply chain procurement management is also faced with many challenges such as suppliers can’t deliver goods on time, unstable product quality, procurement costs continue to increase year on year, the risk of supply chain management increased...etc. So it’s important to improve the level of supply chain management on the business activities of enterprises. Applying lean thinking is to help suppliers to improve production management level to achieve product cost, price, quality and service in the fierce competition environment to enhance the competitiveness of their products by working with customers to form a community of interests, to achieve the overall benefit of the supply chain optimal and win-win.This paper briefly introduces the mode of lean production concept, lean system, lean tools and foreign enterprises implementation of lean supply chain status analysis, to combine with real case M enterprise who have been implemented lean production cell into strategic supplier as the research object. Establish the targets on quality, On-Time delivery and cost of lean procurement. This study attempts to summarize in supply chain environment for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises how to implement the lean production unit for further promotion of this model to enterprises in the same industry implementing lean production to provide reference.
