In this paper,through comprehensive analysis of the current situation and development process of lean production management system at home and abroad,Kanban information based on RFID technology is adopted in Company A,which can provide more timely production management information for lean production management.The Kanban of lean production combined with RFID information technology can greatly improve the efficiency of labor-intensive shoe manufacturing industry in China and cope with the increasing human costs.It also has reference significance for improving the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.Taking the production process of AJCX products of Company A as the research object,this paper uses the theory and tools of lean production to set up a demonstration point of lean improvement of information technology in Company A.This paper identifies the problems of AJCX production process from the lean perspective.Through the lean production theory and tools such as continuous flow design,operation analysis,layout,unit production mode and Kanban information,it analyses the basic factors of long production cycle,insufficient production efficiency and unstable quality of AJCX products.On this basis,it combines the lean production theory with the application of RFID technology to solve these problems.Through the application of lean production technology,the mass production mode is changed to the small batch continuous flow unit production mode,which effectively improves the production efficiency of AJCX products,reduces the generation of defective products and shortens the production cycle.Kanban information system based on RFID technology enables production information sharing and continuous flow to be realized in the whole manufacturing process,which can improve the efficiency and real-time of decision-making,and further achieve rapid response to customer needs.The conclusions drawn in this paper can effectively improve the management efficiency of company A and its related enterprises in lean production,and have certain guiding significance for decision-making.
