The Evaluation And Ptimization Of Eco-tourism Interpretation Of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park

Interpretation is the important method for protecting tourism resource and environmental education. At present, because the study of tourism interpretation aimed at Eco-tourism is fare, this paper took Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park as an example to study optimization of Eco-tourism interpretation system based on SMRM system. Complete the Eco-tourism interpretation system including Self-guided interpretation system, guided interpretation system and feedback security system according to the steps as follows, evaluation of the present condition, checking the tourism resource, setting the goals, analyzing the character of different tourists, making the interpretation theme, choosing the interpretive medium and method. At last, this paper made the frame of Eco-tourism interpretation and came up with some detailed designs to improve the Eco-tourism interpretation system of forest park with the concept of "point" and "road" based on the study of tourism behavior.The main results are as follows.(1)Build the evaluation system of interpretive effect including four aspects, seventeen indexes about ensuring, answering educating and ecology. According to the IPA analysis, all of the four aspects, the goals of importance are lower compared with performance. The present interpretive organization is not sound, the interpretive mediums and methods are unitary, the interpretive content is not comprehensive, ecological environmental education is week.(2)Make the research of the factors which have influences on the evaluation of the interpretive effect and the differences about demands of interpretation with descriptive statistics, cross reference table and correlation analysis. The results show that the highly-educated tourists have higher requirements about interpretation and they have more interpretive demand about the forest vegetation and electronic multimedia; the tourists prefer the narrator, interpretive panel,electronic multimedia and the content about the resorts; the female tourists like the printing interpretive products more and they put more attention to the information about the tourism service; the male tourists have more interest on the landscape, history and culture; the older tourists have more interpretive demand about hot spring,history and culture.(3)Establish the interpretive theme and the content of different partition based on the tourism image of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park.(4)Compare different interpretive medium and method, based on the investigation of Interpretive demands and the character of tourism resource, choose interpretive medium and method for every partition. The comparison show that the interpretive mediums and methods decrease while the interpretive demand increase form management and service area to core area.(5) Assign the "point" and "road" of Eco-tourism interpretation system in Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park and make the planning and designs for optimization. The important point should enhance the interpretation of resort,direction guiding, environmental education, information about the tourism service and panoramic tour. Choose the tourist centre, forest museum, NO.3 campsite and Caohaizi road to optimize the Eco-tourism interpretation.
